Even television's local news/propaganda, which traditionally has practically been money-in-the-bank for the government-privileged stations, is in trouble:

Of course, the flacks are trying to spin this as a temporary response to the economic downturn. But that's only a face-saving cover for the fact that ever fewer people are looking to the Project Mockingbird-controlled media for their information.

And, as the pseudo-news coverage of the MSM get cut back in all its domains, the product becomes even less captivating to audiences, and the audience decline continues in a vicious cycle.

Still, the controlled messages of the MSM continue to dominate, and will for some more years. But what I call the "turning point" is coming our way in the not-too-distant future -- I estimate in the 'teens (i.e. after 2012 and before 2020). It'll be an almost shocking transformation, happening within a matter of months, where rather suddenly the established mass-media outlets no longer dominate the terms and substance of political thought and discussion. A whole new world of possibilities will suddenly open up.

Our assignment is to be ready for this great shift. Because if we aren't, then a bunch of bad guys who are getting ready will have the playing field to themselves.
